Our core competency lies in the construction of Power Plant on turnkey basis. Being the co-owner of 55 MW IPP we have achieved a significant milestone in power sector of Bangladesh. We are capable of providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for simple cycle power plant up to 100MW. Recently we have concentrated HFO fired power plant up to 200MW capacity. We have undertaken larger projects with collaboration of foreign principal and we remain as local EPC company. We also work as EPC Company in power transmission, distribution and in other infrastructure sectors. POWER GENERATION
In the area of power generation we undertake projects as Independent Power Producer in collaboration with foreign or potential local company. We also take part in various Government power plant turnkey tenders of different capacity up to 450MW CCPP projects in association with foreign EPC company while we remain as the local representative and local EPC Company. We are working as the service provider for oil and gas projects in Bangladesh. Through our associated companies we are capable of undertaking gas & oil pipeline supply and installation works, metering and regulating station and other allied projects. We are also having experience in collaborating turnkey condensate fractionation plant. We do also engage ourselves in supply of fuel oil for power plants, condensate, LNG & LPG supply facilitation in private and government sectors including petroleum oil products.
IPP PROJECT RUN BY COAL, GAS, HFO:
We do extend services for developing Independent Power Plant run by natural gas, HFO and coal. We can work from inception to realization of any project up to 500MW capacity. We have tie up and arrangement with qualified vendors and EPC company and able to offer complete EPC package including Balance of Plant.
POWER CONSULTANCY:
We do extend expert services for technical and financial feasibility study and consultant services of Power Plant. We have association with a number of qualified international consultants to render these services.
AVIATION PROJECTS & SERVICES:
Our sister concern Green Aviation Corporation is working as service provider for civil aviation related projects. It undertakes supply works for different equipment, products and spare parts required for airports. It also undertakes electromechanical works under Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh.
OTHER SERVICES:
Major & Minor Overhauling of Power Plant :
Our trained and competent technical team can be trusted for any major and minor over hauling of any captive power generation system. We do major overhauling of stand alone power plant to feed power to National Grid in association with foreign competent and qualified company and with OEM of different salient equipment.
Spare parts Supply:
We do keep first moving spare parts in our stock to meet regular requirement of our clientele. We can ensure the supply of all spare parts of our supplied equipment from our Principal companies on priority basis.
Long Term Service Agreement [LTSA] :
We do make LTSA for all our supplied equipment with the clientele.
Technical Bid Document Preparation for any Government Tender:
We do sell and share our expertise and experience to prepare bid document for Government tender for turn key supply of power plant or power equipment. We can also work as advocate and negotiator in preparing Power Purchase Agreement [PPA] with government and for private enterprise.
Energy Management Consultancy for Any Enterprise or Campus:
We do provide solution for the conservation of energy for any Enterprise or Campus focusing on

Technology Transfer:
We do transfer Technology of Bio-gas plant and bio-mass preparation for renewable energy propagation in Bangladesh. We can also complement with our logistic support in this regard.

We do represent Foreign Company in Power, Roads, Telecom, Railway, Oil & Gas sector and for other Infrastructure projects to participate in International Tender financed by Asian Development Bank, World Bank, JBIC, GOB etc. and also to do private projects in private sector.
