Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) | Katakhali 50MW HFO engine based Peaking Power Plant Turnkey project:
The project is 100% completed and handed over to the employer already after ICO (Initial Commercial Operation) and Pac (Performance Acceptance Test). By this time this power plant has finished warranty period and received final acceptance certificates and now 4 years Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) is going on including Operation & Maintenance contract. State of the art HFO Engines Model 18V 32/40 manufactured by MAN Diesel & Turbo, Germany have been used for these projects. MAN Germany could enter our market and introduce their engine for the first time by these projects through us in BPDB peaking power plant. We worked as the local agent of our Chinese partner. |

Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) | Development of Cox’s Bazar Airport (Phase I & II)
This is a unique project based on Government to Government deal. We arranged to complete the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and singing of General Frame Contract between our Chinese Partner and CAAB for this project. Also we followed up with External Resources Division (ERD) to expedite loan agreement procedure and finalization of EPC contract with the Employer. |

Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) | Overhauling of 210MW Chittagong Power Station:
We have arranged to sign contract for overhauling of one 210 MW capacity thermal power plant The contractor is our Principal from China. The work is already completed and Initial Commercial Operation has been made as per the requirement of the Employer in time. |

Dhaka Electric Power Supply Company Ltd. (DESCO) | Turnkey Construction of 33/11kV GIS Substation:
We submitted our tender with our Chinese partners for this project of constructing three 33/11kV GIS substation on turnkey basis. We have made our foreign partners technically qualified for this project. |

Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), Renewable Energy Division | 30MWp Solar Power Plant IPP on Build Own and Operate basis:
Our company arranged to submit the Request for Proposal (RFP) and pre-qualification document on behalf of our Principal from Austria and a local conglomerate. We prepared all their technical and commercial documents and also made necessary co-ordination with concerned authorities. Thereby we managed to qualify the consortium technically. |

Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), IPP Cell | Barisal 300 MW Coal Based IPP Project: We worked on behalf of a consortium comprising Chinese, British and one local company for development of 300-350 MW Coal based power plant on Build, Own and Operate basis. We worked as their local consultant and co-coordinator. We assisted them in all steps for preparation of the Qualification Document and Request for Proposal including following up with concerned authorities. The project has already been approved by the highest authority and we acted as the facilitator. The consortium has already received Letter of Intent/Notification of Award from BPDB. |

Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) Solar LED Project Division | We submitted our 8 number tender proposals for 8 Lots for 8 City Corporations of Bangladesh with our Korean partners. It is a project of Solar LED and Non Solar LED based street lighting system turnkey project financed by Asian Development Bank. We managed to make our Korean partner technically qualified. |

RECENT CONTRACT 150 MW HFO POWER PLANT AT ASHUGONJ:
Midland East Power Ltd., signed a EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract of BOP with consortium of CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd., China & Green Power Ltd., Bangladesh for construction of 150 MW HFO power plant at Ashugonj, Bnagladesh.
The deal was signed on Sunday, September 17, 2017 in a local hotel in a contract signing ceremony.
The State Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Md. Shahriar Alam M.P. chaired as the honorable Chief Guest in this occasion.
Top management personnel including Chairman and Managing Director of Midland East Power Ltd., President and other top management personnel CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd., Managing Director of Green Power Ltd. delegations of Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, Top management including Managing Director of Eastern Bank Ltd, delegations from IDCOL were present during this ceremony among other invited guests.
